Loving Dedications helps to create a seamless continuity of care
from the time a person enters hospice to the time they are laid
to rest, and beyond. We facilitate this continuity of care by establishing
win-win partnerships between hospices and funeral homes using our
technology and service.
When a person passes away at one of our affiliate hospices
and is then served by one of our affiliated funeral homes, we are
able to port all of the content that was created by loved ones from
the hospice's Web site onto the funeral home's Web site. A ll of
the love and appreciation that was expressed comes forward and creates
a seamless continuity of care and devotion after the passage of
life.
How it works:
Funeral homes sponsor Loving Dedications at the hospice.
In most cases, the hospice will note that the Loving Dedications
services are underwritten by their affiliated funeral home. This
win-win proposition means hospice can better serve their families
and retain more of their revenues; while funeral homes drive more
business to their doors.
