Sally Bliss Young Coleman
March 21, 1924 - August 14, 2012

Biography

Sally Coleman was born on March 21, 1924 in Los Angeles, CA and died on August 14, 2012 in Loveland, CO. Beloved mother of three daughters, Carolyn Bledsoe of Redlands, CA, Jeanne Cuffe of Loveland, CO, and J.C. Schmeltekopf of Johnstown, CO, has passed into the hands of our Lord.

Sally’s life was dedicated to God, the church, and helping others in need through giving of her time and donations. Even when receiving the most grave news of her life, she was thinking only of others. Her lifelong love of reading was shared with kids she tutored in the last few years. Her other passion was gardening and growing flowers, which made her the family garden guru. Sally was also the regional Membership Chairman and Regent for Clan Young and manned the Young clan booth every year at the Scottish Highland Games in Estes Park, CO.

After her husband’s death Sally became a foster parent and finally retired at the age of 85! Sally’s dedication to her church activities and organizations was the core of her life. She will be greatly missed by all.
