Trever Wayne Rawson
July 14, 1979 - October 12, 2013

Fountain, Colorado resident, Trever Wayne Rawson, passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2013 in rural Montrose County.  He was 34.

Trever Wayne Rawson was born to Dale Wayne Rawson and Kathy Lorraine Lyons Diderickson on July 14, 1979 in Pocatello, Idaho.  He spent his childhood in Tremonton, Utah and Malad, Idaho.  Trever graduated from Hotchkiss High School in 1997 and from Western Governors University in 2013.

Trever worked as a Military Contractor and was a member of the United States Parachute Association.   In his free time, Trever enjoyed skydiving, snowboarding, motorcycling and computers.  He also enjoyed playing Black Ops 2 with his daughter, rockhounding, and his daughter said that he liked to eat at 5 Guys, Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings.    


Trever is survived by his father, Dale Wayne Rawson; mother and stepfather, Kathy and Harvey Didericksen; his daughter, Jessica Rawson; four brothers:  Grady Didericksen, Robert Didericksen, Derek Rawson, and Mitchell Rawson; his grandparents:  Jerry and LaRee Dance, Ruby Didericksen, and Marjorie Rawson.

Trever was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Wilber Rawson, Robert Lyons
and his uncle, Louis Rawson.

Service Information

A Celebration of Life service honoring Trever’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Taylor Funeral Service Chapel in Hotchkiss, Colorado.

Memorial Contributions

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Trever’s memory to the memorial fund by Grady Didericksen at First State Bank of Hotchkiss, P.O. Box 38, Hotchkiss, Colorado 81419.
